They look similar to fast feather skewers but who knows for sure though

I thought that Fast Fast Feathers were more pointed at the ends and had more holes in them. Quite possibly they did others that I don't recall.

I has these things from my buckets of junk...kinda ear marked for a bit of modifications for a looming project but if their something different I'll spare em!
Sure I've seen them before but can't find anything like them....and no makers marks!
So what are they! Junk or funk?
Steel arm and threads but alloy ends with plastic turnbuckle things...
