My Kona kula primo

Thought I would start something for the 98+ bike thread my 2005 kona kula primo. Bought as a frame and built up over a period of weeks. She’s seen many changes over the year’s. From v brakes to Magura hs33 and finally now running Disc’s.

Fork Rockshox Sid race with custom TF tuning

Wheels Handbuilt mavic 517 rims laced with Sapin race spokes to hope pro XC hubs

Components Hope XC Stem Hope Headset Hope bottom Bracket U.S.E seatpost and handlebars WTB race ti saddle

Brakes Hope mono Mini with braided hose and EBC pads

Drivetrain mostly consisting shimano 27 speed XT shifters rear mech and front mech cassette with Raceface crankset

That looks great, some really choice kit and careful colour matching has brought out the best in what can often look like a bit of mess (the frame liveries were all over the place at this point in Kona's journey). I bet it rides like the wind too. Great work!
