So the Royals plural. First one a 708 Royal won ROBTM.
Second one was a black 531 with flat bars that I rebuilt with drops, beautiful bike. Paint was care worn.

@winjohn says I've got a 708 Royal, so I buy it. Rebuilt it great bike, paint not great two tiny dents in TT.

Then I see the really nice Royal black 531 that @LondonClassic spotted and buy that.

That makes 2 708, 2 531 and a ******* frame.

Jo said use the best off everything. I hate doing that especially when I've bonded with the built bikes. I sit on it for a very long time. Jo's right, so I strip both 531 Royals. The bike that came out I'm pleased with. I then stripped the 708 royal and transferred some parts onto the frame.

Here they are after much deliberations.

Edit, I forgot to say the brand new Michelin world tour tyres were a gift from my friend Brane aka @Foreigner
