Deore DX? and STI shifters would make it a 1990 model onwards assuming they are original of couse. The wheels also look like something newer. But the black cantis are pretty much worth the price on their own and if it's has the DX cranks and derailleurs then you can't go wrong.

i dont know much about these bikes..looks lugged to me so yeah defo late 80'd/early 90s..and yes on the dx parts
