mavic open 4cd 32hole (equivalent modern rim is the open pro)

i have had these rims since new, they were built with 8 speed record hubs, they were ridden a lot but never abused, and mostly for the last 7 or 8 years they have been mostly unused.

but i have decided to use the hubs elsewhere so having just stripped them and checked them for wear i have decided to sell them.

they were perfectly straight before stripping them from the hubs and i stripped them properly as opposed to just cutting the spokes etc.

they have plenty of wear left in the rims and to show the rims are not concave i have pictured the brake surfaces against a metal ruler.

the stickers are pretty good, the inside of the rims has the usual rim tape stickiness on them but once covered by rim tape again you wouldn't know.

any way £45 posted, or a sensible offer

If you were at all interested in splitting, i would be interested in taking one...obviously dependent on someone wanting the other.

I'd be interested at £30inc (slowest post is fine), unless you're after any specific retro kit?? I've a few spares I'm planning on putting up soon -105 levers and brakes, 8spd Dura Ace STI's, Project X quill single piece tri-bars, etc

I totally understand....but i was saying if someone else just wanted a single.....one each....but not £22.5 per rim more like....£26.....however, i'd be suprised if you don't sell them as a pair.....good price for good rims that look in very good condition.
