manitou black 2003/2004

I have a pair of manitou blacks from 2003/2004. They have a problem with the compression and lockout (there is none). They have had new 5 wt oil from a service.

120mm travel. crown to seal is a 140mm. 220mm steerer. black, decals are a bit naff. stantions are perfect
