Colnago’s top-end EPS road bike gets the custom white treatment from Pista Palace, one of the largest Colnago U.S. dealers. Occasionally, Colnago will do a custom, limited run of special paint jobs for dealers, and here’s the latest: The White Palace Edition EPS.

In 2009, they had a metallic candy apple red version that was pretty sweet, too, but for this year you can get three versions of the White Palace. If you’re a fan of steel, they’re also doing a White Palace Master Pista and Master X-Lite with some seriously nice chromed lugs.

There’s also a Master X-Lite coming, but no pics yet. It’s essentially the same as the Master Pista, except you can put front derailleur on it.

White Palace Colnago EPS: $5,495 (includes frame, fork, headset and paint-matched seatpost)

White Palace Colnago Master Pista / X-Lite: $2,595 (includes frame & fork)

Only 12 of each style are on the initial order, but Pista Palace can order more if you need an odd size or they run out. It’s about an 8-week turnaround time, and they have a 2-year exclusive to this paint job. Officially it’s the PR99 paint code, but their nickname is Avalanche or White Palace, depending on who you ask. Want one? Give Justin a call at 619-231-1318.

I agree. I sometimes have visions of these robotic factories producing frames with tolerances of .001mm and then I see a video like that and see that it's actually a bit old fashioned.

like that vid, surprised how relatively roughly they handle the frames though, i will own a colnago one day, it just seems the right thing to do, it will be steel though, none of this tupperware malarky!!
