Lightest Steel Frame?

As an aside to the 'lightest frame' discussion = I had the opportunity recently to ride a light bike with a lightweight fork and ~74° head tube angle with 23-25mm tyres pumped hard - and the first few minutes of riding were scary. Adjusting direction, avoiding small potholes, etc was an eye-opener of quickness. No crashes, but not a bike I would choose for my riding.

I think of superlight in 60+cm frames as (perhaps?) less attractive than 57cm and smaller. Maybe? If the road surface is super smooth, then super light just might be magical, even for me. YMMV

Note: Not arguing benefits or desires for lightness, just being realistic in larger frames. Ishi015 frames (mentioned earlier) were only produced for special uses with rider weight cautions.

edit: Don't consider myself a masher, butt, ... not sure how smoothly my circles spin these days, either. 🤪 !!
