can anyone confirm the actual Kona size for this frame from his stated measurements?
Im guessing at 20"? which is just my size...

Serial number is KH20021; KH for Hei Hei (King Kahuna's had KK), 20 for 20" size and the 021 is the frame number (could be 21st of that year, or batch or the 21st 20"?).

No idea why he quoted 21", you could ask him how he measured the seat tube. The top tube will not be 21" for a 20" frame, virtual is 24"!

He quoted 17" cen/cen , 21" cen/top

Im guessing top tube at 23", steerer tube at 6".
