I used to own the frame B20370 from 1995-1997! It was originally bought new by David Moore in March 1993 from Cheddar Bike Centre for £1450. David Moore was the owner of Cheddar Caravan Park and ran the Cheddar Challenge mountain bike races back in the day, one of which I took part in. I purchased B20370 on 25/01/95 via a Trade-it free ad newspaper when I was 18 and living in Bathford with my folks, for the sum of £750. That September I took it to university in Swansea and after being lured by the world of full suspension, with my riding being more downhill focussed I bought a "95 GT LTS team frame and sold it to another student there, called Justin (from memory) which would have been around 18/06/97. When I owned it, I had it built it up with XTR, Ringle stem, Ringle Moby post and Ringle H20 Bottle cage, and added later blue '96 decals as the original decals were past their best. Other components included Flite Transalp, blue X-lite titanium wheel quick releases, Mavic 230TIB/Sunset, Pace RC35s, Pace RCsub130, Hope hubs etc.

The current seller says it was owned by one of the MBUK journos (the celebrity) and suggests it featured in some articles.

If it wasn’t so expensive I'd be tempted to buy it back!
