After nearly hoovering these up off the floor I thought I would give these away.. They're a little similar to Diacompe 986's, but slightly more basic hardware wise.
What you see is what you get.. New pads would be a good idea. One of the mounting bolts has gone AWOL (possibly due to the household activity mentioned above) and you'll need cable yokes. One of the internal springs is also a bit mashed up well, but can probably be bent back into shape with the deft use of pliers. Some tidier allen key bolts and a bit of polishing should make good I think!
