Unfortunately I'll not be riding until the summer. I'm a few weeks away from a total ankle replacement - my own bit of Ti repair!

Looks neater to my eye than the old repair that cracked.

Welding looks great. Hope the ankle job goes well. My wife’s had both knees replaced in the last 2 years. The key to a good recovery is to do the physio. Best wishes mate, keep in touch. Hope you’re back on the bike in the future. Gaz.

Rode my Vitamin t yesterday, dry miles only these days with this beauty.

The VIT t2 is also going strong.
