help identifying a frame

I picked this up a year or so ago at the local dump/recycling center and then totally forgot about it
There's nothing original under the repaint, the bb is italian (with no numbers etc on it ) and the dropouts are both Campag
anyone got any ideas what it might be ???

If its 70mm BB then its Italian. Over BB cable guides, top tube brake guides, vertical dropout and single bottle braze ins means a cross between a TT bike and a short wheelbase Kermesse type road bike. Nice but way too small for me
