Help identify classic road hubset

Hi,

Recently got a gorgeous vintage road wheelset for a project. I am stumped as to what the hubs are. They appear to be high quality, sealed bearing, but are unmarked. 36H, thread on free hub. No idea on the skewers either. Were from a bike with Dura Ace 7410 and they are laced to Open 4CDs. Ideas?

Hubs look like Pelissier with the decals missing, skewers are external cam so way after my time
