Retro Newbie
Hi all, been reading the forum for a while and decided to join and post my Zaskar 650b conversion. Long story but it was the result of messing about one Sunday afternoon and some help from my local bike shop. Hope you enjoy the picture as much as I enjoy riding it. The steering has gone slack as you can see but it is super fun. So much fun that I ride it in preference to my Ebike, I have more pictures if anyone is interested.

Tight squeeze on the chain/seat stays but I am running 2.2 tyres.

Got original sram ESP nine shifters for sale and unmarked mag 21 also, remember them !

Thanks, it was one of those real Sunday afternoon, done all the chores, time on my hands kind of thing. It started with the question of whether the 650b wheels I had lying around would fit, then I swapped out the forks for some Haibike cast offs, then decided to change the drive train to 1x11 and install discs (rear disc done with an a2b adapter). Hoot to ride.
