From the dropouts and detailing it looks like an inexpensive mass produced taiwanese product - these were available wholesale, and quite a few people badged them up.
They also appeared in some lower-end brand lineups.

They were popular decent quality light and reasonably strong - biggest issue cracking the headtube, specially with those deep headset cups, riding with a loose headset or a long travel fork .
Often Aluforce but I think their frame numbers generally started AF

Dont know mate this the 2nd time i tried on here and the guy who had it before tried on here plus i tried as far as i know how its more to do with decals to put on
