FH-MC18 hub (locking) washer question

I recently acquired and took apart a FH-MC 18 hub. On cleaning, re-greasing and putting it back together again, I found that I couldn't set the correct tension on the cones against the bearings. Turns out that I have a washer missing (no.1 in the picture).
Do any of you wise people know whether washer #1 in the pic is exactly the same as #2, which is the outermost lock washer?
If not does anyone have a suggestion of a suitable washer that I could use for this purpose? Thanks

I can't answer your question, but as long as your over locknut dimension is 135mm once everything is tightened up, I'd say you can use whatever washer seems to fit best.
