Sorry for slow response. Think all Felt F24 are the same size.
Top tube is 44cm c-c approx
Seat tub is 31cm c-c approx

Fit / age / height is a bit subjective, our kids were around 10 when this fitted. Guess no good to you but hopefully useful info for others.

Depends on your son ultimately. From memory my kids used it around 8/9. Both certainly fitted by the time they were 9. Did fit shorter reach stem and bars to better accommodate.
