Do you reckon the dustcaps bit the dust in a bid to save a couple of extra grams!

It's almost worth the twenty quid just to stick on the shelf in the shed and marvel at it.

The project so far: a 40 hole track hub, 40 hole wood-filled Scheren track rim... and now this.
