Dimensions of the JUDY/SID bushing tools

Has anyone got or could get the dimensions of the bushing insertion tools for JUDY/SID bushings.

Going to print one, rather than make one from an old stanchion

Any chance you could print one for me too?! For some Indys- think they're the same- 28mm stanchion diameter but not sure about the external measure...I'm having a hell of a job getting the seals back in

So do the cat's not give the dimensions for the external D needed then?

No, you need to measure that, there are two sizes for Judy so no doubt similar for Indy.
They don't give external as they assume you just buy the correct ones from them.


Anyway I need the dimensions from the long dildo bushing insertion tool.
I'm guessing it just narrower than the bushing external diameter, and the setting part is of course 28.0

Someone on here must have an original RS tool from BITD...and some Vernier Callipers!?

Well slapped something together with a cube and three cylinder and a dome.
It looked better with a bevelled end but dome should print easier.

Anyway, first trial in progress. Been a while and it printed first go, lucky me.
It's a poorly printer too, the rods are on their last legs and when held in with an elastic band.

And if it doesn't work for bushings, I can give it to the misses ;-)
