Cable hanger 1 1/4 " or Syncros/A-Tac with noodle

Looking for the above for my 1991 Alpinestars. Need it posted to Belgium. I have a silver 1 ¼ syncros without noodle to swap if wanted.

Stem should be 130-140 mm and 0°.
