Man love the wheelcovers on that camo american... Forgot all about those things. A friend of mine in the early 90's had a crappy Djerba with a rear wheel like that. Gotta get me a set for fun!

Yeah !! UNI Discs !!!

Lolx !!

Late to the game but we just picked up a 24"/26" American and wondered what the serial number is on this one? Ours does not have decals and the serial number says "TRIALS". Wondered if yours said trials or Steeplejack.

Makes me wonder if the Trials bike and Steeplejack were different models? Don't have a catalog reference to either one.

american Comp Lite 1992

I picked up this frame last night and being an American novice, I'm quite impressed with it. It's a 1992 Comp Lite in bare aluminium, 17" with serial 2C7502.

It has survived the last 20 years in remarkable good state! No dents, dings, cracks or whatsoever. Decals seem original and are all in place. The welds are fantastic and I really like the cable gussets, amazing!

Unfortunately, it's too small for me....a real shame, I probably have to do it away.
