BITD we had a page in the shop i worked in showing all the "standard" ID's and tolerances of the various commercially available tubesets, plus the tolerances required of each seatpin/seat tube size to get a "proper" fit. Not sure who published it. But, since i left that shop (1995) i've seen that chart exactly once since, online, and like a dick, i didn't save it.
