I’ve got a HG 8 speed cassette, but what from I’m seeing IG was about front shifting not rear; so an IG is needed but won’t matter that I’ve HG rear.

Can anyone please confirm !?

Also anyone with an IG chain please !??

Every day is a school day it seems.
 
Yeah i had the same problem some years ago I managed to find IG70 chains at the time

The 5 bolt version of the M95x chainset had Mega 9 HG chain rings

Thanks. I can find the IG-51 easily enough but the IG-70 is XT and IG-90 XTR.

Someone might come to my aid. Thanks for spotting it. Much appreciated.
