In spring 2021 I was happy to get one of the 1993 MARIN Pine FRS frame sets. Over the last 2 years, the two FRS models of that year have become very very rare I reconed. However, I am parting with it because I have reached the point on my pile of great retro frame set projects where I need to get rid of some.
Note: This has been ridden A LOT and has seen a lot of weather and sunlight. I bought this from a young lady around 22 years of age who got it from her mother who bought it new in 1993. This is a pure project frame that needs a full rebuild. A re-spray possibly, if you want so. Front & rear suspension need an overhaul and new elastomers.
I do have custom Elastomers for all retro MANITOU models - I do produce them myself for some months now. You can contact me for them.
I will also include a new decal set and a chainstay protector that I custom made for the Pine FRS of that year.
