Withdrawn 1992 Rocky Mountain Cirrus 17 inch

Hello Everyone,

I wondering if there is any interest in trading for my 1992 Rocky Mountain Cirrus. Happy to be corrected but I believe it’s all original apart from the saddle. There may have also been two fork options in the original spec.

17 inch frame
Aluminium #7000 series
Syncros seatpost, stem and bars
XT group set
Wolber AT18/XT Wheelset
Panaracer tyres
Rockshox Mag 30

Pedals not included.

It has been stripped down, checked, re greased and all is working fine.

Cosmetically the frame is ok. No cracks or dings but the finish and decals may need some work. The forks don’t look that great but still hold air and work ok.

It rides nice it’s just too small for me.

I’m interested to see if someone is interested in a UK based trade for a decent frameset from 90-92. Was thinking of a Rocky Mountain, Serotta, Bontrager OR…I’m open to ideas. 18-19 inch.

I’m happy to send more photos. Just message me.

Cheers

Not sure how you end up with 17" bikes which are too small and I end up with 19" bikes which are too large GLWS

Ha ha. I guess it’s because we like the bikes and hope (in vain) that they might fit. I was hoping the sloping top tube of the Rocky Mountain might help but not enough.

Would you be interested in the frame?
