That is time warp beautiful, but why are they always so huge? I'm sure the qualification for being a keen cyclist last century was that you had to be a giant.

It was the fashion to fit everyone with the biggest frame they could possibly get a leg over. Particularly if the rider was young. 25" frames were the starting point for anyone over the age of about 9. "He'll grow into it" etc.

Thanks for all the good feedback. If anyone ever comes across a pair of AX hoods in 'blue' then please let me know as they are the only thing on the bike that isn't as mint as I would like it.
