Wanted sorted thank you

I presumed as my question re the bottom bracket on your listing was ignored that that was the new etiquette. However I now have a stem thank you
Maybe mention it next time like I did here? I sent a PM asking for an offer.

Good luck with the build. Lots of 1930s sunbeam bits here. 72D0484C-1671-4238-926F-8CF450AE8624.jpeg

Raleigh lenton post page 3.Terry Three springs posted after me and was replied to.I have heard nothing untill your comments re the stems despite my request being on the main post. As it was not listed in the itemised list for sale my question was simply do you want to sell it or not. Anyhow I have now aquired one from e bay thank you

Thanks
Do you know the size of the clamp area?
Regards
Peter
Evening Peter. Right, here they are. They’re definitely old, quite heavy steel I’d guess. They’re covered in bar tape residue - or patina if you prefer :) - there’s one dent in one bar end (which was there when I got them. I’ve not fitted or used these.)
Hopefully the pictures tell the story.
I paid £35 posted so just looking to cover that if you’d like them.
cheers
Richard

Hi Richard
Sorry but going to say no.Its a Baines ecolite I am rebuilding.I have re finished the frame in the original factory colours with all the box lining and bought decals from trevor Jarvis taken from the original artwork. So far all the bits I have got have good chrome and Im trying to put it back as near as I can to how it was when it left the Baines works over in Bradford.Up to last year Trevor Jarvis only knew of three of these including mine .One I know is in London and re finished with non original decals. I dont know where the other is.There are a good number of flying gates about . Probably because they were expensive but the fixed wheel ecolites at the cheaper end tended to be abandoned. All I can do is thank you for all your efforts. It is much appreciated
Regards
Peter
