Wanted 141mm Shimano rear axle (for 130mm OLD wheel)

I got a frame that takes 130mm rear wheel. Re-dished a 135mm wheel to fit, but now the axle is sticking out too far in the dropouts and is stopping the QRs from adequately locking the wheel in place. It slips as soon as I apply any force to the pedals.

Does anyone have a spare Shimano hollow 141mm axle lying around that I could nab? Saves me taking an angle grinder to the current axle.
