I've seen SRAM e-tap blip buttons mounted on/under the bar, and under bar tape for a stealth look, you don't necessarily have to fit the buttons to the brake levers. Same may apply for di2 I suppose, but there are other options to consider eg AXS etc.

Looking good 👍🏻 I like those brakes. I think purple pedals would look good, I'm a fan of the resin/plastic pedals, DMR V6 are cheap, they have plastic pins but are still plenty grippy, otherwise I'm sure there are others with steel (shin wrecker) pins too. I'm using Nukeproof Neutron Evo pedals...
