    Clockwork '91 - Shim for 27.2 seatpost?

Orange have the spec. for a '91 Clockwork seatpost as "27.2 + shim". That's what I'm using. Can't remember where the shim came from or what size it is but seems to work - the seatpost is 27.2. Without the shim there isn't enough grip to keep the post secure. I got into trouble touring in...

    Powder coaters in London?

Just been quoted £185 by Armourtex in Hackney for single-colour powder-coating my Clockwork frame - not even forks. That's too much!! They did exactly the same frame a couple of years ago for £85 which seemed about right but they've been taken over since (by some spivs obviously). Where do...

    Orange saddle

Not sure of vintage - anyone any ideas? In good condition. No scuffs, tears or broken stitching. Usual marks on rails from fitting. £24 posted or £20 collected from London N1.

    SRAM X9 or X7 rear 9-speed shifter

Does anyone have one of these they'd part with? I'm after the one with the indicator on the handlebar bracket (as in link pic). An X7 would do. Either new or little use pref. Cheers. http://i.imgur.com/a7IX5zL.jpg

Orange Clockwork frame + forks 19" - SOLD

SOLD This is a project frame for someone! A white '90 frame with original black forks. Although repainted at some time, having the wrong decals and being chipped all over, there are no dents and any rust is only superficial. These frames normally go first around the bottom bracket shell...

    Geometry diagram for '93-4 Clockwork?

I'm thinking of getting XACD to build me a titanium frame based on the mid-90's Clockwork. I love the geometry and would run it as a rigid for bomb-proof touring. I'd probably make a couple of changes (1 1/8th headtube for wider choice of fork). I also wonder how they would deal with the...

WTD: Spare Jockey Wheels for SRAM 9.0 Rear Derailleur

Does anyone have any spare jockey wheels that would fit a SRAM 9.0 rear derailleur? Perhaps from a mech that has been scrapped and is otherwise useless. Cheers.

Orange P7 nickel finish 21" frame - SOLD

Orange P7 in good condition. I think this is from around 2000/1 (apparently you can tell by the bosses on the bottle holder braze-ons). 21" so for the larger rider (6' plus). This is for a 1" steerer fork. £60 collected from central London or £75 posted...

Orange Prestige 19" frame - SOLD

Don't know a great deal about this. I assume it's early-mid 90's. Looks in good condition for it's age. Some cable rub and usual scratches and chips but nothing bad. http://flickr.com/photos/fredreynolds/3228895252/ http://flickr.com/photos/fredreynolds/3228895046/ £50 if...

Pace RC31's with 196mm 1" steerer. Generally good condition with just light scratches and cable rub. £95 posted. http://www.flickr.com/photos/fredreynolds/3169961101/in/set-72157612196387492/

    Hex bolts with washers attached?

Anyone know where I can get hex bolts (for standard frame braze-ons, rack-mounts, etc) with washers attached? You find them on some stem face-plates and other accessories. I'm fed up of my rack bolts shaking loose and dropping out, and if I use separate split-ring washers they get lost when...

    New/retro Orange Prestige

Just come back from the first run on the Orange Prestige. The frame is this year's Orange re-issue and not the original (although I have one of those under the bed as well!). I wanted something that would take my Pace RC38's so it had to be 1 1/8th headtube and the correct geometry for a 100mm...

Rigid carbon fork for Clockwork - ideas?

I'm looking for a carbon rigid fork for my early 90's Clockwork. Needs to have a 1' steerer. I've bought some Pace RC31's but they are 440 axle/crown so I assume they won't be right for the geometry - looks like I'll have to sell them on. Will I be able to find anything with a 1" steerer...

    Threaded steel forks - Orange & P2 - 1" and 1 1/8

Here are 4 steel forks I've had lying around for too long: From left to right: 1) Orange F7: crown-axle 395 / steerer 120 (top 40 threaded) - 1" / some scrapes and scratches and a few rust spots .... £20 posted. 2) Orange (from Clockwork): crown-axle 395 / steerer 120 (top 40...

Will Pace RC31's @ 440 be a problem on Clockwork?

I've had a set of Pace RC31's with a 1" steerer knocking around for a while, waiting to go on a 90's Clockwork, but I've just realised they are the longer 440 crown to axle length rather than the 420. Is this going to be a problem with geometry/setup? If so I may as well sell them on. Cheers.

Stem for 1" steerer - ideas?

I'll be needing a stem for my Pace RC35 1" steerer. I prefer road-looking stems and it will need to be 120mm with at least a 10 degree rise. Anyone any ideas? Or can you get shims to use a standard 1 1/8" stem on a 1" steerer - couldn't see any on CRC. Ta. EDIT: Just found an MPart shim...

    Pace RC35/36 wanted

Looking for a Pace RC35 or 36 fork with a 1" steerer to fit a 1990's Orange Prestige (or another short-travel 1" sus fork considered).

What 1" sus forks for old Clockwork/Prestige?

Hi. New here and first post. I have a couple of old Orange frames I'd like to build up (one anyway) with suspension forks. They both have 1" head-tubes and the geometry would probably only suit short-travel - that's all I would need anyway as it's for fairly light off road stuff. As far...
