Sidi Millennium Carbon III road shoes in size 45. Uppers and fastenings all good, used, but good. The soles have the usual marks from walking and the old Shimano cleats are fit for the bin. You really need to fit new ones! Great shoes still. £25 posted.

11-46 Deore 10 speed cassette. Read this bit; fitted a new chain and it does skip on the 11 tooth sprocket!! So fine in a used system with a part worn chain, but not with a brand new chain. Ideal for 2nd bike, winter hack, cheap build etc. £18 posted.
