I was in Lidl earlier. They have bike panniers. I think they were £12.99 for a pair, but I can't find them online to post a link. Pretty much the entire pannier was made of reflective material, so they might be good for commuting.

Looks like a Raleigh MTB. Not sure of exact model or year, but it has non-Aheadset forks and stem, so I'd guess late 1990s. Engine looks very clean, not sure if its new or refurbished. They're asking £140, so it's much better value for money than an E-MTB...
