Re: Odds and ends: Hope hub, Pace stem, R/H Topline crank, XTR
Arrrrrgh. I had a close double-double check of the hub this morning and I'm fairly convinced there's a tiny hairline crack in the flange - I'd either missed or dismissed it previously. It doesn't appear to be propagating from a...
A bit of a clearout of odds and ends, hence the slightly random selection:
Pace aheadstem. Lovely machined bit of kit. 120mm length, 0deg rise, 1 1/8in. £50. SOLD.
Topline crank - sadly only the right-hand arm. But on the plus side, it comes with Pace chainrings (47/36/26), plus a set of...
Bit of a clearout, list as follows:
2 pairs XTR cantis (BR-M900) - Venhill Ti mounting bolts (and a couple of alloy nuts at rear); good condition - there is some surface scuffing of one canti just below the pad assembly but other than that they are fine. SOLD £60 for the two pairs.
It's largely as per the catalogue, but for the sake of completeness, spec is as follows:
Frame: Delta V 1000, with Headshock, measures 17.5in c-c
Shifters: Suntour XC Comp thumbies
Brake levers: Shimano MT-60
Brakes: XC Comp w/ Force 40
Mechs: XC Comp
Cranks: XC Comp, 170mm, 42/32/22 (plenty of...
Beautifully shiny Campagnolo high-flange hubs laced to Mavic Open Pro rims. Front hub is a road hub with qr and oil hole and measures 100mm; rear is a track hub which measures 120mm (I think) although has spacers to take it out another 5mm. Very little use - front rim has very minor brake marks...
1996 Raleigh M-Trax 3000TL - same plasma-arc-welded frame as the Torus. 18.5in size (56cm top tube, natch). An impressively svelte 11kg/25lb fully built. It has the usually scuffs, most noticeably from cable rub around the headtube, but no dents or similar.
Spec is as follows:
1998 RS SID fork...
Any advice on the pricing for this one please? Raleigh M-Trax 3000TL from 1996 - same plasma-arc-welded frame as the Torus. 18.5in size.

Both items are still boxed and in excellent condition, although the Gran Sport box is a bit scruffy.
Croce D'Aune bottom bracket: 68mm shell, English thread, 111mm spindle. Excellent condition - I know it's hard to get excited about a bb, but this is a beautiful piece of engineering. Still in...
1991 Eldridge Grade, 17.5in (centre-centre) - appears to have never been ridden: rims are utterly unworn, tyres still have their little extrusion knobbles on, plastic pie plate remains behind the cassette, saddle and grips untouched etc etc. Spec is entirely as the catalogue (LX...
Bunch of 1988/89 MT60 kit for sale - everything is in generally pretty good condition, but I've listed where anything is showing wear and tear. Postage is £3.00 per item (2nd class).
FC-MT60 chainset. 170mm length. Complete with Biopace rings (and the natty Biopace sticker) in 28/38/48t. All...
Anyone able to ID this Alan cyclocross frame? I'm guessing early- to mid-1990s vintage, but the only identifying mark I can see is a stamp high on the seat-tube that says '1191' - there was more on the underside of the bb shell (ending in a 94) but I have no pics. It might be an Alu LS...
