We're away living on a friend's campsite until Tuesday, running the place while he's at Glastonbury. Hopefully I'll be able to make a start next week
All jokes aside, and with a genuine intention to assist with your woes, don't you live down the road from @al who has a big garage?
Get him to chuck out all his bikes (which we all know are shit anyway) and then you can commandeer his garage.
Benefits of this (immediate thoughts, there may be more) are threefold:
1. You get lots of space for your bikes.
2. You help a friend in need, who will be able to venture in to his garage to admire a wonderful selection of proper bikes, safe in the knowledge he can't mess the builds up.
3. You get your shed back so you can use it to empty your other shed full of tools into this one.
That's it, my good deed ticked off the list for today.

11 page summary - Mr X has been mentioned in very high regard by the person he has helped out. Whilst Mr Y still needs help to tidy up and cleanse his bike cave, so it’s less like hoarding more like a collection. For both practical reasons of utility and it would do his general mental health and well being a favour as lots of us have also discovered with our own cleanse and tidy up experiences. Whilst not detracting from the that it’s his space to do what the hell he likes with.

It's all a hoax.... a subterfuge.....I bet these two have got a little farm shed somewhere tucked away .....or an old mine full or cornish pillaged and pirated retro tin! They travel the clifftop paths at night with old lamps to gather in glee at their hoard.
