My first foray into 27.5er and 11x1

I think it has turned out pretty well, not ridden it yet, just got it all set up and ready for maiden voyage.

Frame: pinnacle iroko 4
Forks: Rock shox reba at 120mm
Drive train: shimano xt m8000
Wheels: Mavic crossmax
Tyres: Victoria AKA
Brakes: Magura mt6
Stem: Thomson elite 80mm
Bars: Answer 750
Grips:Race face lock on
Bar end plugs: Hope
Seat post: Kore carbon i-beam
Saddle: Kore i-beam
Pedals: Crank bros Mallet 3

I might drop a reverb on it but like the simplicity of it. A ride or two will decide.

Brakes may change to hope, not sure yet.

Looks nice, I like how it looks. New rebas perform quite well but the only thing I don’t like are the tires. I have the Aka in my rear wheel and don’t roll as a rocket ron and last for few km. For the front tire I would go for somthing with more grip like a black panther or noby nic etc

Tyres will probably change when I go tubeless. Just had these kicking about and for the use I intend, should be OK for a while.

Thanks for the comments, might even ride it tomorrow.

Pinnacle make some great bikes. My brother had an iroko and it was brilliant. I'd put on a brand x dropper, prefer them to the reverb and half the price.

That's really tidy. I'm building a ramin from spares at the moment, they are really nicely made bikes.
