R J Quinn or a somewhat mysterious frameset

I think the tale is not straight forward and quite interesting . I can't remember the details but know I found them easily . I have an early 80's RJ Quinn that was almost certainly built in the Holdsworth factory .

Bit of a shake down ride . Not too bad , possibly a little more back than necessary. 🤔😀

Fairly quick spin due to puncture and stropping , fun none the less . A bit damp underneath.

Even with bmx wheels I'd need steps and kiddy cranks . A maxi velo.

My condolences . The front hub looks to be a Nuovo Gran Sport to me . Lyotard pedals , Mafac brakes , Laprade seat pin and possibly a Madison saddle .

    92 team marin......well....almost....

It's Winston , and he used to scallop the bottom of the back of the sleeve as August says . He built my Roberts and possibly Holdsworth Pro too :)
