The seller said it’s totally original - with just a tad of touch up paint applied by the workshop - which I can’t spot.
Though it does seem to have a clear plastic laminate on parts of it - I’ll look closely again

The ‘lugs’ aren’t anywhere as nice as the ones on this photo
No idea what this is - it looks lugged but also welded but no where as clean as the brazing

I wouldn’t be surprised if it were built by Scapin - @kingoffootball noticed the serial was Scapin like

I’ll probably sell this or see how it looks on the Scapin I have
