They are fabulous bikes, waaaaaay nicer than the Super Galaxy. The slight matter of 10cm too much frame size keeps me out, sadly.

Remember them well from my days in the UK bike trade. Amazing bike that for some reason never caught on in Scandinavia. Could have sold umpteen of them if someone had been brave enough to import them.

foolishly sold mine around 2001 in mint condition...... would still struggle to build a better touring bike and it would be almost 20 years old now!

tyre clearance

i've just got myself the same frameset in a smaller size - looks lovely - but i'm wondering what size tyres it'll take. reckon i can squeeze some 37c and mudguards in there?
