Does the 75E for the Proflex include postage? And what did you mean by: (brake)?

I'm very interested in it.

Vbrakes Machine-tec

Can the noodle direction be changed on these?

I would really like a V-brake that has the noodle direction opposite that from Avid and Shimano.
