Mucho Appreciados [again!] to Mr. Zero for helping with shipping
An L, it should be the right size [that 96 M always felt a bit cramped]. The previous owner had it sat in his office awaiting restoration/rebuild but it never happened, so after a coupla years he decided to move it on. The owner before him had coated the frame in a weird lacquer, nail varnish like, so first job was to remove this carefully
using a non abrasive cloth and my chick's nails
Here's what it looked like out of the box:

This being the Third Billy I'll have owned, I'm planning on keeping this one seeing as it will fit properly. The build is 737 8sp XT, a bit of Blingle and some nice [almost NOS] Kooka cranks. I have a set of sprung Judy SLs and some nice Mag 21 SL Tis too, not sure which ones are going to adorn it yet tho. The decision will not be "Period Correct" based
M900/231 Ceramic/DB DT wheelset [which I have just rebuilt with alloy nipples; Green front, Turquoise rear] and hopefully some Umma Gummas.. I also have a Turquoise 1" King to go in there, but given it came with a non-logo King [in the photo] I mightn't get around to changing it over for a while..
I'll post up some [cleaned & polished up] progress photos at the weekend
