Not normally a fan of gold anodized parts, but they look sweet on your Pace 8)

Its up there on BOTM now... although against that lloyd I have a feeling I should have kept it til next month.

Cheers all for the compliments, its nice to be able to sit back and not have to spend money on it. And all worries of not being able to ride it for fear of damaging it were blown out the window, I did a good few miles around oxford in it this morning in order to get the graffiti back grounds for the photos.

Im running 9 speed, and the thumbies work and feel great! I thought that because they were designed as bar end shifters that they may be a little ergonomically wrong, however it really isnt an issue, they are as natural and comfortable to use as the old XT's any day, but with 9 speed compatabillity. Having the friction front control is fantastic, no more chain /front mech noise. And the clicks on the rear shifter are incredibly positive and accurate feeling....I love them!
