I decided to get back on a bike to loose a bit of weight and get a bit fitter . I was going to buy a new one but i thought i'd spend a few quid on my Scott and get it in working order , so i renewed the tyres , forks and replaced the canti's with some XT VBrakes and a new XT front mech plus a few other bits . I've never seen another Scott Motion so i'm guessing they are a bit rare !
It rides great and feels about the same weight as most new hardtail bikes so i guess i done the right thing . Saying that , if i'm still enjoying it as much in a yrs time i'll probably get something newer but i think the Scott will be a keeper ..

I've never seen another Motion either , the bag came from a shop in the lake district at the end of the 90's ..
