Yes, the use bars have a hole at each end of the bar which these mount onto :-)

If you can bring yourself to do it, just drill a hole in the bars you wish to use - its only a hole.

It's not the drilling of 1 hole but aligning the hole at opposite ends - knowing me I would have 1 bar end at 2 o'clock and 1 bar end at 3 o'clock. :)

The Syncros quill is 25.4mm for 1 1/8" forks, hopefully that's what you are looking for, I've updated the original post to clarify the sizing 8)
