Take one opened roll.
Apply Marmite to one side, peanut butter to the other.
Place a poached egg between the two, squished together.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Eat.

Be careful if you have a 'tash or beard as things can get messy.

I have just been a little bit sick reading all this Peanut Butter stuff, I hate it! My sons has it in the morning on toast before school, I urge when i have to make it every day. :oops:
