You can try servicing them like that and see how it rides, otherwise you can buy bearing kits

the bearings are all standard metric sizes, so pop them out and take them you your local bearing supplier. they shouldn't cost more than a couple of £ each, and you should be able to buy them individually. the frame has a total of ten cartridge bearings and two bronze/'du' bushes.

I wouldn't ride without a dropper post. I know they are heavy but well worth it I havent been over my handlebars once since I fitted them to my bikes

and with and open seat tube you can fit an integrated one!

I have a really nice 07 version of that frame but the damping has gone in the shock and its an odd size :facepalm:
