What's the big black mark on the top tube? Are the bearings/shock/forks all good?

That black mark is the sticker jus a very dodgy angle to take pic

shocks are good and bushings are ok

bike is on hold till the 11th as an offer has come in for her

so provisonally dibbed.atm
