Following the recent thread on organising a ride aimed at British Steel bikes*, Im pleased to announce it is going to be held on the 5th August in the Forest of Dean.

More information to follow, but base the meeting point on Mallards Pike centre for the time being :

By car
Take the A48 to Blakeney and then follow the brown signs to Go Ape!
postcode (GL15 4HD) won't always take you to the exact location so it's best to ignore it and head to Blakeney then follow the (small) Go Ape signs to Mallards pike .

Parking is £3.50 , though if you park opposite the enterance to Mallards pike (Opposite the cattle grid ) you won't have to pay

(9:30 for a 10 am start ) best get there as early as possible as this is a popular spot
