My front disc hub is a Hope, the little bit of text on it states:

Made In UK
HOPE
10-03-BL

Ermmmm, I guess that makes it a 2003 model Bulb? It certainly LOOKS like it could run a 20mm axle, also the bits that you remove from the hub to convert them are black while the rest of the hub is gold :?

Anyone able to tell me for sure ?

I recon so, my hub sounds the same and is currently 20mm. Do you want some adapter cups to go 20mm?

Not sure but I have a unopened set of the Hope 20mm adapters you can try on buy/return.
