Just rec'd these lovely forks from Pimpy

with the intention of repainting them black and using on my Merlin. My other Tuning forks do not have the fine decal that these new ones do, and I want to save them...will a painter be able to mask these?

I would have thought that someone that does lug work should be able to.

Have a chat with Mark at Argos cycles - it will be a good paint job and they are top guys to deal with.

Just my thoughts though ;)

No they won't so you'll have to send them to me as they match my solitaire ;)

How cool? I know it's purile and geeky, but that is one email I will not delete, along with the one from Scot Nicol and Elisabetta Fagiuoli

Hello Carl.
Those are not actually decals on the top caps of your fork. What you are seeing these is the masked out polished stainless caps below. The paint is actually missing in those areas. I could send you the stencil masks which a good painter should know how to use.
If so, send me your address, otherwise we can repaint them for you.
Kind regards,
Chris
